My name is Emily Sobba. I was born and raised in Wichita. I attended grade school here at St. Thomas and graduated from Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School. I attended Wichita State University and in 2004 graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Endorsement.
My first year of teaching was the 2004-2005 school year at Magdalen Catholic School in the fourth grade. I learned a lot, had a great deal of fun, and would never change the experiences I had there. However, it has long been a dream of mine to be back here at St. Thomas teaching and I am so thrilled that my dream has come true. I am delighted to be teaching Pre-Kindergarten and a part of the Extended Day Program. I look forward to the adventures that this year will bring.
